Wels in Umido
Ingredients
- 400 g Wels catfish
- 30 g bacon
- 400 g (canned) tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 150°C.
- Fry the bacon in a pan. Once it is golden brown, add the garlic and the chili flakes and fry for another minute.
- Deglaze the pan with the tomatoes. Add the capers and let everything simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Place the fish in the sauce and brush lightly with olive oil. Transfer to the oven and roast for 15 to 20 minutes.
